Yes, Grosvenor Café is accessible for guests with mobility needs. We offer step-free disabled access via the lift located inside The Gardener, our neighbouring venue. If you need any assistance using the lift or navigating the space, our team will be happy to help.

Do you have parking available?
We don’t have a private car park, but there are several convenient options nearby. On-street parking is available around Byres Road, and the Lilybank Car Park is just a short walk from the venue. Please check local signage for any restrictions or charges.
Are pets allowed?
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted inside Grosvenor Café. However, registered assistance dogs are of course welcome.

If you think you’ve left something behind at Grosvenor Café, our team will do their best to help. Please contact us at info@grosvenorcafe.co.uk with a description of the item and the date/time of your visit, and we’ll check our lost property for you.
